- Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of visa issue.
- A deposit of EUR200/person is required at the time of booking confirmation.
- Full payment must be received 21 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
If you cancel your tour for any reason including medical or personal reasons, cancellation fees will apply.
- More than 21 days before departure – Tour deposit
- 21-15 days before departure – 30% of tour price or tour deposit, whichever higher.
- 14-8 days before departure- 50% of tour price or tour deposit, whichever higher.
- Less than 7 days departure – 100% of tour price.
